Startup Vidyo took the stage at DEMO today to demonstrate a new approach to videoconferencing, following the announcement of their new offering and a licensing relationship with Cisco Systems.

Sprint, after breaking up with Clearwire last November and walking away from the proposed WiMAX joint venture, is rethinking its position, according to the Wall Street Journal.
There is some talk that the two companies could form a joint venture and bring in outside investors, including large technology companies like Google and Intel.

The Auctions continue at a slow pace, and at the end of the round 10, there was one new bid for the nationwide package in the 22 MHz in the C-block. This bid came in at $3.4 billion. Several new bids for the individual licenses in the C-block also materialized.
