Thought of the Day

“You can’t wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club.” — Jack London

So I watched a movie over the holidays in which the American author’s most famous novel, The Call of the Wild was featured prominently. So I picked it up. It’s worth reading (even though London’s protagonist is a dog) because, in a way, the book speaks to the fire that burns in the entrepreneurial heart. It is the very same fire that burns in the heart of the romantic adventurer. And London was an entrepreneur in his own way. Did you know, he was one of the first Americans to build significant financial success out of writing? This impressed me. And as we like to say at Found|READ: Inspiration can be found anywhere. So as London says, when at first you sense it, go after it… with a club.

Yes. “Inspiration can be found anywhere”.
Personally I don;t get time to read lengthy books. But I think I get some inspiration from proverbs.
