ScreenshotPremium video sharing service Hulu has been getting lots of press recently. And no wonder, since you can use it to legally watch streaming full-length shows from Fox and NBC, among other things. But until now, most of us had to be content to just read about Hulu rather than trying it, because they were locked up in a tight alpha release.

Well, good news! Thanks to a deal struck by our parent site GigaOm, you can get on the fast-track to a private beta invitation. Just follow that link and you can be one of the first to actually see Hulu in action, courtesy of your friends at GigaOm, WWD, and Hulu. Limited to testers in the U.S. only.

  1. Alas, if only it were available in Canada. Without a proxy, that is…..

Unfortunately using a proxy slows the connection down too much to be usable. Have fun though all those of you who are Stateside! It’s pretty cool.
