		<description>I own a company that runs great with one employee, and in an environment foreign to the one Murthy speaks from.  Surprisingly, his proposition relates completely to our vastly different context.  Further, I'd say that his concepts apply just as well outside the business world, if you view your personal environment, the community you live in, the people you respect and surround yourself with as a Team that's aiming for success.  In this approach, you can create a more productive environment for yourself that demands and encourages integrity from the people around you.
