Ad networks are flavor of the moment, and Glam Media, a vertical ad network itself, is going into developing custom ones on behalf of other companies. This one is for Lifetime Networks, the women’s basic cable TV network, where Glam will launch a co-branded vertical network of women-focused websites and blogs within its network.

Also, Lifetime, which hasn’t done a lot online prior to this, is relaunching its website as MyLifetime.com. Both site will now share content and branding. Lifetime, the company, is a 50/50 JV of Hearst and Disney.
