There has been a shift in marketing ... from B2B seems to be learning from B2C and vice versa. We are treating the people in businesses like we treat them in the B2C world -- and this is changing the game, ever so slightly. But I think this is indicative of a larger shift ... a new B2C is emerging. Not Business 2 Consumer but Brand to Community. This has new rules (which are still emerging), but it fits right in with what you are describing. I will be keen to take a closer look at HiveLive to see whether it can illustrate anything more!&lt;/p&gt;
