Destination NY, Washington DC

Just a short programming alert. I am on an East Coast trip and as a result posting times will be a tad erratic. The email backlog is bound to increase, but please bear with the slow turnaround times.

I am in New York for Rafat Ali’s Future of Business Media Conference, where I am on a panel about Technology Business Media with some esteemed industry luminaries.

Next stop will be Washington DC where I am speaking at the New New Internet conference. They have a pretty strong line up of speakers and I am particularly looking forward to catching up with James Surowiecki of The New Yorker. Anyway folks who are organizing the conference are offering $200 off if you use promotional code, GigaOM. I hope to see you there.

The upside of the trip: Virgin America and some disconnect time.
