		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Sycamore has one good thing going for them - loads of cash.  When the leadership is ready, that&#039;s what will allow them to get all the organizational resources they need.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Getting resources is not the problem, getting leadership that is visionary enough and bold enough to execute on the vision is what&#039;s the difficult part.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For the sake of Sycamore, they will find that vision and the leadership this time around!&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
