Great point about the ‘chemistry’: “Despite the grilling we got during due diligence, we really enjoyed our time with the partners of our lead investor. If you don’t have good chemistry on Day 1, you sure won’t when things take a wrong turn.”

I think this is very important and often overlooked in the quest for funding.
