Parties should not impose what they think is best for them, remember that the best negotiations are &quot;win/win&quot;... because what goes around comes around.  You never know when you will lose that upper-hand and when that time comes, you want o be in a position where people will think highly of you even if you have less of a bargaining position.]]></description>
