I agree that it&#039;s all in how you formalize the informal network. If you over-structure, participation is likely to fall as members need to jump through hoops to do what they did effortlessly before.



Even just calling it an informal network might be enough to scare people off.



These are exactly the types of quick, simple, environments we want to encourage people to create on Convos. The key is enough structure to keep it organized coupled with more productive ways for people to communicate...]]></description>
