When we initially hired our staff for Cavenger, we found it necessary to have daily &quot;rev-ups,&quot; where we&#039;d pull the team together and share what exactly was going on.  These meetings went a long way toward motivating everyone and helping them see my initial vision.&lt;/p&gt;
