&lt;p&gt;They got here in Indiana almost a monopole!
You cant get anything here if you got no AT&amp;T phone number.
I try for 5 month now to get DSL.....nothing!
I try do get dsl over my internet provider(I got modem now with them)
They say dose I need a AT&amp;T phone number first.
every where I ask,they tell me I need a phone number from them.
AT&amp;T provide for all of them this services,and let no one in if you have not there phone services!!

&lt;p&gt;As current customers, I think you highlight nicely the rationality of the Telcos&#039; behavior.  Whaddaya gonna do...switch to the cable company?  They also ride the high horse of a local monopoly.  They can pillage their customers all they want and you can complain all you want, but it&#039;s not going to change anything.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
