I am wondering why he did not name it iTV to keep it rhyming.
I predict that if Steve Jobs keeps moving at his present pace, in 5 yrs, he would completely dominate the high tech industry. He even have to go back too buy Microsoft.

Actually the iPhone was announced first.

ITV is the largest commercial broadcaster in the UK, and would have risked bigger trademark issues than Apple did with iPhone.
The truth about Apple TV is that as a $300 Mac, it is capable of a lot more than Apple is (officially) allowing it to do.
