&lt;p&gt;Enterprise Software was the answer to - How do I automate my existing business process?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The next question ought to be: Do I need set business processes? What does text-ing/Web2.0 teach us about event driven businesses? What&#039;s the future of the enterprise? Will it look like GE/Ford or will it look like Starbucks? Can you apply Google model to a clothing retail chain? (This last one is hard to describe in a comment.)&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
