GuildCafe enjoys portraying themselves as the only social network for online gamers. The reality is there are other websites gaining equal or greater membership. Rupture is a growing portal for WoW players and Voig.com (www.voig.com) offers services to a broader gaming-audience. The niche of "gamer-networks" is just developing, but it would be absurd to assume one company already dominates the space.

May the best team w1n!!11!!

Cheers,

Bill, I have to agree. Rupture is a phenomenal product and puts GuildCafe to shame. However, the marketing isn't there and players outside of World of Warcraft's elite don't seem to know it exists.

Is this better than the already existing site from Shawn Fanning - aka Rupture.com? That has a Win32 executable for off line chat that is useful for chatting with other WoW players.
