We have applied for the funding just before the deadline of Oct. 22nd. for the development of a novel concept EV which could reach highway speeds and have a range of about 100 miles, even running on lead-acid batteries. It could retail for under $15,000 (batteries included), sold and serviced in any chain store such as Wal Mart, Sears, Costco, etc.

Dedicated charging stations are also part of the project.
