EnerWorks, a Dorchester, Ontario-based maker of solar thermal products, said today that it has acquired the Blue Peter Project Group (BPPG), an alternative energy services provider and project management company. We don’t know much about the Blue Peter Project Group, only that it was founded in 2006 and EnerWorks says that the acquisition can help them offer an integrated commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential solution to North American customers.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, though we contacted the company and will add more details if we learn more. Last October EnerWorks raised an equity round of $3.65 million, led by Chrysalix Energy Management, and Investeco Capital, as well as Covington Venture Fund and VentureLink Brighter Futures Fund.
