Excellent article Steve! This article couldn't have come at a better time. I have a business idea in mind and i am looking for the right partner... i have been calling my friends to see where they are at in terms of drive, goal, skills etc and quite a few times i have been tempted to ask them in becoming my partner just because they are my friends and i am comfortable in dealing with them. Now i am more sure of what kind of partner to have and the dos and don'ts of when looking for a partner.

Thanks for this wonderful article.}
