Linda Epstein of Tablet PC2 has posted a great review of the HP 2710p Tablet PC that includes information and photos of the thin expansion base and the slim battery.  The 2710p looks to be the Tablet to beat, at least until the Dell comes out later this year and Linda’s review is the first I’ve seen that shows clearly how the device works with the expansion base.  The base is extremely thin and provides a portable docking solution for the 2710p, something I love about the Lenovo I am using.  The slim battery looks to fit on the bottom of the 2710p and provides 10 hours of battery life, and can stay on the Tablet while in the docking station for charging.  This is one sweet setup for all day computing.
