I guess that I'm a fortunate customer, in July 07 I went from SR to Teleblend just "to try the service" - a monthly rate seemed good.
I also took ITP in NY and VOIP.com in Fl. as of 4/18/08, my evaluation of these three is:
Teleblend has worked consistantly well, can dial into menus and calls are handled quickly and clearly.
ITP equally the same no problems since Aug 07
Voip.com in FL, is another story: at first service was very good, then in November 07, it went down hill. Voice mail was on and off, Menu dialing (bank accounts for example) can not be done. have had calls for 6 hours which were never made. They do not have an office, but moderators that work independently talking to you in a forum. If they like you, you stay, if not, it is goodbye. Service is worse now than in August 07. Teleblend I hope, will continue...

I think the FCC should step in and shut down Teleblend due to all the problems and no will step up to the plate and fix the problems..I am being charged for something that i didnt rec like 2 numbers i only have 1 and they still charge me for 2 maybe that could be a crime under the unfair trade act..Now that i have called to get my credits fixed my inbound calls get a non working message to all callers..what a mess..well i hope that bill fogg and micheal carbonneau reads this and will take notice that i am tired of all the lip service and i have contacted the FCC and local news stations and the local atty general office and i hope their phone stay busy..i feel if they were true business men that they would have a contact number to call and try to fix a snafu....i hope that everyone that is having a problem will contact the proper people to get some type of help...

As a former SunRocket customer, receiving the email from Teleblend, I called Teleblend in mid July and signed up. SunRocket worked great. As soon as I signed up for Teleblend, I lost my dial tone, and in spite of my complaint calls, my dial tone was non-existent for 6 weeks! My credit card was billed on July 28 and August 28. I canceled Teleblend on August 30, signed up with another internet phone company, and got my dial tone back within 24 hours. In spite of my August 30 Teleblend cancellation, they billed my credit card on Sept 28th! I just called to complain, and the rep said that they had recorded my cancellation, but for some reason it was not forwarded to the billing department. She gave me the billing department's phone number, so I called, and got the same phone recording as on the regular number! After waiting for 30 minutes, and no one answering the phone, I hung up, and began looking for places to tell my story on the internet.

SunRocket, in their email, has specified about Packet8 and TeleBlend for getting replacement service for their subscribers. I think it won’t be a viable choice. So I went to sign up with Lingo.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PARENT COMPANIES!!! (Unified Communications Corp. & USA Telephone)
I had Sunrocket and as suggested picked one of the two Voip's to replace Sunrocket. First they over billed me, then no long distance or voicemail, then total loss of phone service for the last THREE WEEKS on my main business number, and my second number has only limited outgoing calls. I have lost an untold amount of money, many clients and may not be able to recover my business from the loss. I would have already switched again if it would not cause further delays to port my numbers etc. and if I wasn't told many times that the problems would be corrected. I could go on and on about their problems. But just heed my warning stay away if you know what is good for you. If they ever get my service connected I will immediately switch and have my credit card company reimburse me.

Did the SR to Teleblend transfer on 31 Jul. My account was charge $22.67 and my account was created only. Basically they charged my account and did not port my service. Phone went out on date advertised 8 Aug and its two days later and no phone service. Tech Support lied and told me it will be up and running in 2 hours. I email Bill Fogg, CEO United Telesom who aquired SR equipment. His email is bfogg@usacsp.com. Would like to start a petitio on myspace to take action against teleblend for decieving SR customers. Still no response from trouble tickets. None! They got me good!

After receiving a note about SR termination I signed up with Teleblend. The service continues w/out interruption.Although, they don't offer call waiting and any change of settings is not available either.

Hey, foneless, call your credit card company and tell them the charge is fraudulent as you never received the services. Do it now as you only have 90 days from the day of the statement containing this charge...errr that's at least until September 4...but do it now. It's called a chargeback and the issuing bank for Sunrocket, or their bank into which the money flow[ed] will debit their account and reverse the charge. Even if they don't get the $$$ back they may reverse the charge. Remember, it is a charge you have there, not a payment.....

On a related note, SunRocket has a 10 day countdown before phone service goes completely offline. (Teleblend is keeping customers up temporarily)
