		<description>&lt;p&gt;Hmmmph. Not very impressed. Seems like just another method of making a customer based forum. We really just need companies to care about their customers. For example, if I call a company (e.g. Verizon), wait on the line for 15 minutes only to be told that the circuits are too busy and be automatically disconnected - that&#039;s just bad service (by the way, I have FiOS internet service and love it, just not the customer support).&lt;/p&gt;
