Wwd_hotspotsContrary to what you may think from reading jkOnTheRun there are a whole bunch of establishments other than Starbucks that have WiFi hotspots, some for pay and others for free.  I’ve been to almost every one you can think of and find that reliability can vary widely.  There are few things more frustrating than going in to a place with WiFi and finding the network is down, and the absolute worst case scenario is when you pony up your money and find very slow bandwidth.  That’s no fun.  Web Worker Daily has written a nice little overview of the major national chains that have hotspots and cover everything from cost to reliability so if you’re always looking for some web juice check it out.
