ComScore, the Internet traffic measurement firm, which filed and S-1 in April for an IPO, expects to raise as much as $71.4 million from an offering of 5 million shares, the company disclosed in a fling today, though no date has been set. It has set a price range of $14 to $16…at $15 a share, the company would be worth more than $410 million; it would raise $66.8 million after underwriting fees.
