foundread iconNow and then we invite really smart and well known authors to contribute their insights to our various sites, hoping that their unconventional wisdom adds value to our readers. This week we have Tim Ferriss, author of the best selling productivity bible, The 4 Hour Work Week contributing to Found+READ.

It is not the first time he has written for us, but it is the first time he is focusing on profits, and how to get them fast. If How to Reach Profitability (or Double It!) in 3 Months: the first five of his 11 commandments of his margin manifesto. Hopefully you will find it worth your time.

Hi

I don’t like to have to register to comment, so will comment here.

My impressions are that this is - to be honest - fairly underwhelming stuff, pretty darn basic but nicely dressed up with snazzy headings. Maybe that’s its magic.

Makes me wonder though - are the new crop of Web 2.0 CEO’s really so dim / uneducated / inexperienced that this is all news to them?

Or am I just getting old :)
