Open Thread: The WWDC Guessing Game

Okay folks you got a few minutes to make your picks about what you want from Steve Jobs during his WWDC keynote, that kicks off soon. There a whole potpourri of rumors going around, some seemingly credible, and others just completely loco.

  • Safari for Windows (link)
  • Macbook Mini (link)
  • dot.Mac goes Google (link)
  • Brushed metal iMac. (link)
  • Virtual virtual virtual. (link)

I would gladly settle for a Macbook Mini, the ultralite laptop, because frankly sometime Macbook Pro is just not convenient.

  • I totally agree. A macbook mini, with solid state hdds would be a must-to-buy stuff.

  • Ooo! A reasonably-priced MacBook Mini sounds like an Apple product I’d actually buy.

  • No MacBook Mini but at least Safari for Windows is something I can use. Now I’ll be able to clean up all the little glitches that have plagued this site since the beginning. Tiny text fields, be gone!

The Mac-like font rendering is horrible, though. It’s only been a few minutes and I’m going blind. ClearType (emphasis on clear) FTW.
