They&#039;re billing themselves more and more as a &quot;software company&quot;; having released a set of APIs and services to support CTI it&#039;s probably true. However, the old mentality in licensing and total lack of understanding of software business playing against them. Selling out is probably a smart move...&lt;/p&gt;
