		<description>&lt;p&gt;We&#039;ve been using LCS/OCS for over a year now.  I&#039;m usually not an advocate of Microsoft however I&#039;ve think they&#039;ve built a very good enterprise VoiP/collaboration platform.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If they can get the physical handsets out quickly they could be a real alternative to Cisco.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They need to make OCS deployment less commercially and technically complicated and I think the product deserves much more focus internally within Microsoft.  They could be onto a real winner imho.&lt;/p&gt;
