One was "finally a chance to do it right." The reality is, being an employee means a lot of armchair quarterbacking, and being a founder means a lot of opportunity to do exactly what you hated in your boss.</p> <p>You change perspectives when you are the one watching the bank account slowly diminish, when you are the one to close a deal with a company you didn't like, when you are the one doing support calls at 6 a.m. for the east coast.
