&lt;p&gt;...and we see this over and over again in most every industry...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;VOiP; which sounds so very new to most of the public; has actually been around now for what...upwards of 8-10 years or so?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Simplicity is one of Apple&#039;s greatest competitive advantages...Steve understands the most impressive technology won&#039;t count for much in the long run...unless it&#039;s also (ideally; very, very) easy to understand and use.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
