Neuf, Erenis FTTx deal is done

Telegeography says, “neuf Cegetel, backed by French mobile operator SFR and Louis Dreyfus group, has finalised its 100% acquisition of Parisian FTTx operator Erenis.” SFR is owned by Vivendi (56%) and Vodafone (44%).
