Yes. GPS in mobiles for location-based services, along with other solutions using bluetooth/cell triangulation.

I think this will have a HUGE impact on points 2 and 5.

You missed WiFi -- one of the top features in phones will be WiFi interface supporting FMC, home network, and possibly retail wifi based services.

If I had to add one more it would be location based services systems and applications.
