Nielsen Ratings Show One in Three Online Homes Own Console
It looks like game consoles are becoming increasingly more popular, and there’s a new report to prove just that. Nielsen//Netratings, the Internet marketing and research firm, released a new report today that shows that 36.5% of all online adults own a game console. On top of that revelation, the report shows that 15.9% of all households also own a handheld.
Also in the report are new numbers for website popularity among console owners, which shows Best Buy at the top with 90% of their audience being comprised of console owners, but not far behind them is Amazon at 89% and 88% for Gamestop. Other than retail sites, Nintendo and Microsoft’s XBox site both increased in web traffic, while the Sony Playstation site dropped some. For more information, check the Nielsen//Netratings website.

Hi, I like that you are graphing about game consules at takes somebody very smart to do a graph like that! See ya, Goddessmomo PS: Come visit my site http://www.goddessmomo.wordpress.com
I think this is becoming more and more of a trend. We (adult gamers) are starting to gather together and team up so that we don’t have to play with the kids out there. While some are cool we have a few on our site most online rooms are becoming babysiting for foul mouth brats. I think MS could even have more success if they created another level for adult gamers.
