Facebook users watch Grey’s Anatomy?

I would say it’s April Fools come early, but this is apparently backed up by statistics. Facebook founder Dustin Moskovitz claims on the company’s blog that every Thursday at 9 p.m. EST, visitors to the social network tail off dramatically because they’re watching Grey’s Anatomy. Are all Facebook users still on the East Coast or what?
