Samsung is reportedly going  to announce at CeBIT a new LCD monitor that has no VGA or DVI inputs, instead going with just a USB 2.0 input.  The SyncMaster 940UX is a 19” monitor that should be released in May for Windows XP with Vista drivers following later in the year.  What remains a mystery is where the graphics compute power will be coming from as Samsung claims you can hook up 3 of these at once for multimedia applications and up to five for less intensive programs.  I’ll bet the old CPU is going to be burning away with multiple monitors hanging off USB ports.
