time warner cable is the worst service provider i have ever encountered.

i like products that do not break. for the past 5 months of using time warner there has constantly been an issue with the internet, cable, premium channels, ondemand, etc. once you navigate their horribly designed and ill staffed customer service line, promises made are broken, solutions are not presented, and you are basically asked to do even more work to fix their problems. a 5-6 day turnaround for a service call is unacceptable to me.

this sounds like a scorned customer, i am, and i have only seen this repeated with many of their customers as well. i wouldn't put money on this company, they have issues to work out.
