&lt;p&gt;Having grandiose ideas does not necessarily mean you win all or fall flat. Regardless of how grandiose DART&#039;s ideas are, given the diversity in hardware and software systems, you can take it for granted that they will NOT be able to connect ALL devices. However, they would have struck gold if they can manage to connect even 50-70% of the devices.&lt;/p&gt;
