I’ve written about the growing problem of having gear stolen from cars during lunch, even when left "safely" in the trunk.  An email this morning from Lee Miller, who I had the pleasure of meeting at the TabletKiosk roadshow back in November, reiterates why I never leave my gear bag in my car, even at lunch.  Lee had his bag with his phone, PDA, laptop, and everything else stolen from his vehicle while he was in a restaurant briefly for lunch.  I repeat- NEVER leave your gear bag in the car.  If it’s valuable to you take it with you, that’s what I do without fail.  Hope you get everything replaced soon, Lee!
