		<description>&lt;p&gt;What&#039;s lost in this wonderful humour is how much Kevin Martin has been given a free pass to allow the moribund Bell System to recreate itself -- giving Whitacre at ATT a green light to do a drive-by on competition  - of course ATT shareholders and the consumer will pay the price for this outcome --  just imagine if Whitacre and Martin had spent more time on the web&#8230;they might have come up with something useful.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
