British Telecom claims that it has a million VoIP customers. Not bad for an incumbent.

I always wonder at these lowered expectations. An incumbent can have any number it choses on a given tech platform, up to the number of subscribers for that type of service. BT has how many tens of millions of voice customers? Wake me up when the percentage of those using VoIP is in double digits.
