I know you are very bullish on widgets. What are your thoughts around Project Apollo (from Adobe)?

I think this platform will be a huge boost for widgets as one can easily write them in AJAX and Javascript. Also it will give them stronger access to the OS.

As long that the install is easy and the said widget does something "actually useful" then I think we will see more adoption.

It's freely avalable for download at Springwidgets.com

They not only work on the desktop like Konfabulator and Apple widgets, but also on a MySpace profile or blog.
