WAP Push wouldn’t be the vehicle of choice for such marketing campaigns.

BTW though, Cingular always puts “Cingular FreeMsg” whenever they send out alerts. I assume its to not alarm the person receiving it incase they dont have an sms package.

Assuming you need a data plan, your minimum is $13 and there is no info on the MySpace site about how much data usage a typical x minute session uses. So I bet a lot of people (including parents won’t be so happy on next month’s bill.
