Clearwire will pay Intel a one-time bounty for every Intel WiMAX device activated on a Clearwire network, and will share the revenue from these subscribers with Intel. Moto is Clearwire's exclusive supplier for "selected wireless broadband infrastructure equipment" for five years and 51% supplier for an additional three years (no surprise there).
