Consumer Reports tells us something we already know — Sprint Nextel and Cingular’s services are rated as poor performers. Verizon and T-Mobile both fared better, though, we hear people complain about T-Mobile’s service all the time too. Looks like Cingular’s ridiculous “fewest dropped calls” claim isn’t convincing its customers.
