&lt;p&gt;BitTorrent, a San Francisco-based file-sharing company, announced that it has raised $20 million in second-round funding. Accel Partners led the deal, with return backer DCM also participating. peHUB.com reported earlier this week that the round would be $25 million, and stands by that reporting.
