A Web Worker Thanks Giving

Anne Zelenka has penned a great essay on many things web workers can be thankful for this Thanksgiving.

There is the whole notion about wearing slippers to work, or not worrying about how you look (aka savings on shaving supplies for me) and of course you can work with whomever you want. I personally am thankful for a specific quality control on my coffee consumption, background music choices, and of course the ability to smoke at will!

More than anything, being a newly minted web worker, I love the idea that even on a day off I can do some work ;-) and share thoughts with you all.

  • For those who are desperate for some worthy stuff to do over Thanksgiving (or an excuse to escape to Borders), I wrote a list of 10 books I think are damn good guides to the overall Web2.0 value chain on my blog here

For that Web Worker coffee break discussion :)
