I ran across something that scares the bejeebers out of me.  Insurance companies in the UK have been running a pilot program for a couple of years that determines monthly automobile insurance rates based on GPS records of the drivers involved.  They collect a log from the GPS device and analyze how far you drive daily, the routes you take and the times of day you drive among other information.  How much you want to bet they look at how fast you drive, too.  Did I say this scares the bejeebers out of me?
