VentureBeat has started a job board for Valley jobs paying $100,000 and up. TheLadders has had a lot of success with this demographic. Yes, everybody has a job board these days, but the newcomer has more than 100 listings already.

Out of those 100+ listings, very few are actually for $100,000+ salaries. >$100,000 for a pre-MBA Analyst with only 1 year of experience? The Sr. Technical Writer job in AZ explicity states a salary range of $45K-$60K. Clearly, VentureBeat is not screening the postings.
