If the company was located in Vancouver or Toronto you wouldn’t name the province.

They are located in Ottawa. The same place that JDS Uniphase was founded and headquartered, where Nortel Networks maintains its largest R&D centre, Where Alcatel has its largest (until the merger with Lucent) North American R&D operations, where some 40% of Canadian of Tech VC based investment is based etc. etc.

Beyond all that its the Capital of Canada. You can name the city I expect most of the readers of this site are wise to where Ottawa is located.
