Message.</p> <p>Now, you can imagin my supprise upon reading this message considering that, I had just doled out $100.00 for an new activation key to both Re-new and prevent just this kind of occurrence from happening the day before and having received E-mail conformation that my .mac account had been successfully Re-newed.</p> <p>To add insult to injury, I was unaware of the fact that there is no Phone support for instances such as this and that no one at any of the apple stores I went to in order to remedy this issue would not have either a CLUE or SOLUTION as to how to correct the situation.</p> <p>I have sent numerous e-mails to customer service and the .mac team and to date Sat.11/25/06 6:30pm EST. You’re not alone. But you don’t have to pay $100/year for DotMac. I’ve posted a how-to save 20%-50% on .Mac here:

Mail Beta's and it's really nice. I hope Gmail gets a makeover too.
